12/14/09  Rebel Ridge Miss Vada – 7 year-old Registered Rocky Mountain Mare, Competitive Trail Obstacle Trained – 15 hands - Chestnut.  Vada is incredibly responsive to rein and leg pressure. She has had two years of professional natural horsemanship training.   She is very collected, spins both left and right, side-passes, and backs with a tucked head.

Vada stands quietly for all groundwork and may be saddled without being tied. She will move over to a mounting block with a kiss to assist you in getting in the saddle.  Vada will ride alone or in groups with excellent manners and has a phenomenal ground covering action.  She has a huge engine and is able to ride all day on a loose rein.

As trained trail obstacle horse Vada, stands on boxes, crosses bridges, moves her rider into position to open gates, backs easily through L turns or in a box.  She plays soccer with oversized balls and loves water crossings.

Vada has successfully competed in the Rocky Mountain Rated Trail Program placing third in 2008, winning sixteen hundred dollars.  She has been on trail rides all over Kentucky, in Florida multiple times, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.  In July of 2009 Vada performed in an obstacle course musical freestyle at the Kentucky Horse Park for the Media Day kick off for the 2010 FEI games.

With her outstanding pedigree, confirmation and training Vada is an excellent horse for show, trail or endurance riding. Vada is certified to breed and qualifies for the Kentucky Breeders Incentive Fund.
